When should I apply for renewal?+

At the latest 2 months before expiry; ANEF accepts applications from 4 months before. The 2–4 month window before is the safest. We help you do it in time.

What’s the risk if I’m late?+

A delay can lead to a loss of rights (residency, work) and greatly complicate the procedure. If your permit has already expired, contact us quickly: there are solutions to regularize your situation.

My situation has changed since my last permit. Is that a problem?+

Not necessarily, but it must be documented properly — and sometimes it opens the way to a more favorable permit (change of status). We review your new situation.

Does the receipt allow me to keep working?+
